Valve has announced Left 4 Dead 2 has sold over two million copies at retail since its release two weeks ago.

The first CPU cooler I ever installed was an AMD reference HSF when I upgraded my Athlon XP processor to a superior model. It was in fact my first ever PC upgrade. I remember carefully (and perhaps a little nervously) placing the blocky aluminium heatsink in position, hooking both sides around the socket, pushing the retention arm down and thinking, "hmph - that wasn’t so hard."

A list of compatible hardware has been released for Chromium OS, the open-source version of Google's cloud-based Chrome OS.
SDXC laptops due soon

Laptops supporting the new SDXC memory card standard - which scales to 2TB - are due from Lenovo, Dell, and HP - but Apple is absent from the list.
Free Games I Like: Rumble Box

It’s an arena-based beat-em-up with mini-games, but it’s also a stunningly pretty and deceptively clever abstract punchathon. It’s fairly old mind you, and came to my attention back in 2006 when it was a finalist in the IGF Innovation in Game Design category.
It’s Rumble Box.
